THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
BeFerroSynaptic project is managed through four main organs:
- Project Management Team (PMT), consisting of the Scientific and Technical Coordinator (PC, Dr. Stefan Slesazeck, NAMLAB) and the Administrative Manager (AM, Katja Boettcher, TUD)
- General Assembly (GA), the ultimate decision-making body of the consortium. It is responsible for the overall direction of the project. It consists of one representative per partner and is chaired by the Project Coordinator. The GA takes strategic decisions concerning the entire project and the general course of the work;
- Project Steering Board (PSB), formed by work packages leaders, is responsible for the technical monitoring, direction and progress of the project.
- External Advisory Board (EAB), constituted during the first months of the project implementation, acts as gateway between BeFerroSynaptic and potential markets, as well as other stakeholders.
